Privacy Policy

XMR Accounts is operated for privacy. The following describes what we do and do not collect.

Data we do not collect

  • Buyer name, address, ID document, or selfie.
  • Email (unless you voluntarily provide one).
  • IP logs on order pages.
  • Analytics or fingerprinting trackers on payment flow.

Data we do retain temporarily

  • Order reference IDs for warranty enforcement (45 days).
  • Telegram or WhatsApp handle used to initiate the order (deleted after warranty period).

Payment

Payment is accepted in Monero (XMR) only. We do not retain payment-side metadata.

Delivery

Credentials are delivered through PGP-encrypted messages or end-to-end encrypted channels. Delivery transcripts are purged after warranty expiry.
