45-day operational warranty

Every product includes a 45-day warranty covering login and access integrity. If an account is locked through no fault of the buyer, we replace it free.

7-day refund window

If we fail to deliver within the stated window, or the account does not work on first login, you receive a full refund in XMR within 7 days.

What is not covered

• Lost seed phrase or credentials after handover.
• KYC re-triggering caused by attempting identity changes.
• Platform-wide changes (delistings, policy shifts) outside our control.
